Quebec National Parks and Sepaq Planning

Plan park visits using official access, reservation, trail and accommodation information.

Quebec’s national parks range from urban-edge nature areas to mountain and maritime destinations. They are not interchangeable day trips.

Choose by geography

Parks near Montreal or Quebec City can fit a city-based trip. Gaspesie, Cote-Nord and other distant parks need a regional itinerary and more transport time.

Check access rules

Daily access, parking, trail closures, camping and equipment rental can require reservations or have capacity limits. Use Sepaq or the relevant park authority.

Build weather alternatives

Mountain and coastal weather can remove the main activity. Choose a lower-elevation route, interpretation centre or nearby town as a backup.

Accessibility

Some parks provide adapted equipment or accessible routes. Availability and advance-contact requirements vary by site.
